HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – When Hillary Clinton accepts the nomination at the Democratic National Convention, you’ll be able to see it live on the big screen.
The Park Theater in Holland will open it’s doors at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 28 for a watch party. The Ottawa County Democratic Party is hoping to get more volunteers as the excitement builds says President Doug Zylstra.
“We have our headquarters at 451 Columbia here in Holland so if you live in Holland, it’s a great way to get involved. We are trying to staff it as much as we can and we’re open six days a week but not every single hour. We’re trying to get to the point to where if you want to stop in and volunteer, we’ll sign you up and get you going.” Zylstra says.
Beer and Wine will be available at a cash bar at the Park Theater located at 248 South River Avenue in Holland. A donation of $10 is suggested to attend the event.
