HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – A free recycling event is taking place at The Holland Board of Public Works. Residential electric customers of Holland Board of Public Works are eligible to participate.
The event is for appliances and electronics. Holland BPW is partnering with Padnos in Holland so anything that is 50% metal or more will be accepted this year and that includes washers and dryers. You will also be able to get a rebate on select appliances.
In additions to appliances, office and household electronics and computer components and accessories will also be accepted.
The event is Saturday, May 21, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Holland Board Of Public Works Service Center at 625 Hastings Avenue in Holland.
