HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Ottawa County Dispatch has confirmed to WHTC News that Faith United Reformed Church at 8270 120th in West Olive has been contained.
The church has been destroyed as 10-14 fire units were on the scene with other departments from Blendon and Port Sheldon Township. MLIVE reports that smoke was seen coming from the steeple and reported by a pastor of the church at 8:45 a.m. When firefighters arrived, they reported heavy smoke and later reported that part of the roof had collapsed.
