GENEVA TOWNSHIP) – The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office says three teenagers have confessed to the recent damage of 33 grave markers http://bit.ly/1o6mVcC in Lacota cemetary in a Geneva Township.
The Sheriff’s Department says the youngsters admitted walking into the cemetery on March 19th and tipping over the grave markers for fun because they were bored.
The suspects are two 15-year-old boys and a 13-year-old girl.
They are in the custody of their parents. A report will be sent to the Van Buren County Prosecutors Office where charges are pending.
