HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – West Ottawa Public Schools’ Montessori program will have an open house allowing attendees to view classes while they are in session and to have questions answered by the master Montessori teachers. Tours will be provided too.
According to the school district, West Ottawa’s K-5 Montessori program stresses the methods of Dr. Maria Montessori, which emphasizes independence and respect for a child’s natural development.
The open house is Thursday, March 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Waukazoo Elementary at 1294 W. Lakewood Blvd in Holland.
