GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) – It’s that time of year again, where the potholes become a major problem on our roadways.
The Ottawa County Road Commission says that every year the potholes grow larger and road crews hand shovel millions of pounds of cold and hot patching material into the potholes. According to the Commission, including labor, material, and vehicle usage, the annual cost of repairing potholes is around $500,000.
If you notice a pothole, call the Ottawa County Road Commission at 616-842-5400 to report the pothole location, or you can utilize the online service request form on their website at www.ottawacorc.com
