FRANKLIN, TN (WHTC) – A new report conducted by the website Livability.com ranked Holland the 9th most affordable place to live in 2016. Editors used their “LivScore” formula to determine small to mid-sized cities with “high livability” and low income inequality, along with their own knowledge of these communities and trying to balance sizes, geographies and types of cities. Holland’s median household income of $44,619 dollars was a determining factor, along with residents spending less than the national average on everyday expenses. Huntsville, Alabama topped Livability.com’s report.
