HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – A 44-year-old Muskegon man was hospitalized with minor injuries following a crash on Holland’s North Side during Monday’s morning commute.
Deputies say that Brent Dykema was a passenger in a pickup driven by 19-year-old Jason Becklin, also of Muskegon, who didn’t have time on a snow-covered US-31 near Greenly Street to avoid striking the rear of a semi that was using the median to cross over the divided highway.
Becklin and the trucker, 61-year-old Arthur Cantu of Zanesville, Ohio, were not hurt.
The crash remains under investigation.
