HOLLAND TWP., MI (WHTC) – A 34-year-old Holland Township woman was taken to Holland Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries after a two-vehicle collision on Holland’s North Side that happened late during this morning’s commute. Deputies say that Maria Gutierrez was driving westbound on Riley Street when her vehicle was struck by David Geerling’s vehicle that was attempting to turn left into North Wellness Drive, east of US-31. Geerling, a 79-year-old Holland Township man, was not hurt. Both drivers were buckled up at the time of the crash, which remains under investigation.
