HOLLAND TWP., MI (WHTC) – Sheriff’s detectives are looking for those involved in two home burglaries during the overnight hours of Monday in a subdivision on Holland’s North Side. The residents were sleeping when the suspects walked through unlocked doors into houses on Sunrise and Riley Ridge drives, near 120th Avenue and Riley Street. Several thousand dollars’ worth of cash, jewelry and electronics were taken. There was no contact between the burglars and the residents, who did say that they heard “strange noises” when they were victimized. Tips to the Sheriff’s Department or Silent Observer are welcome.
