JACKSON, MI (WHTC) – Consumers Energy has a new automatic billing alert system that alerts customers when their new bill is ready to view and when payment is due.
Vice President and chief customer officer Garrick Rochow, says this makes the customer in control from the method of delivery, to how they want to make their next payment, even with a text message.
