Koster Review, Energy Park Matters to be Discussed by BPW Board

HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – During this afternoon’s board meeting of the Holland Board of Public Works, the annual evaluation and salary review of General Manager Dave Koster will be discussed. A couple of matters involving the under-construction Holland Energy Park will also be considered, including procuring easement rights for the natural gas pipeline and an interconnect line, along with a proposed facility encroachment agreement with CSX that would allow those interconnect lines from the power plant to Roost Avenue on Holland’s North Side to go through the railroad’s rail routes.
