WEST OLIVE, MI (WHTC) – A Holland woman was trapped in her vehicle early Thanksgiving morning after rolling her car into a ditch in Olive Township. 24-year-old Jeanette Perales-De-Hoyas was driving west-bound on Port Sheldon St. near 120th Ave. when she lost control of her vehicle and headed off the roadway.
De- Hoyas’ vehicle rolled multiple times before coming to a rest in the ditch at the side of the road. De-Hoyas was found by Ottawa County Sherriff Deputies to be entrapped inside the vehicle. After being released, she was airlifted to Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids and is reported to be in critical condition. The crash remains under investigation.
