GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) – A 35-year-old Holland man is wanted by Grand Rapids police in connection with the shooting death of a 31-year-old woman last Friday. Calder City workers cleaning storm-sewer debris apparently witnessed the homicide off of Knapp Street near Truxton Drive around 4 AM, and a search warrant of an apartment unit nearby didn’t locate Jermaine Cooper. Address records showed that the two had lived on the same street in Holland at one point. Cooper is to be regarded as armed and dangerous, and anyone with any information is asked to contact Kent County Silent Observer.
