GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) – Ottawa County Circuit Court Judge Ed Post interviewed 12 of the 14 jurors who sat in the murder trial of Victor Donaldson after an online printout was found in one of the juror books that violated court regulations regarding outside material in the deliberation room. None of the dozen admitted printing out the information and all agreed that it played no part in their second-degree guilty verdict involving the 17-year-old Holland man who stabbed an 18-year-old man to death 15 months ago. Post will talk to the other two jurors next month. The incident has held up Donaldson’s sentencing.
