FENNVILLE, MI (WHTC) – The Allegan County Republican Party hosts a two-hour Candidates’ Forum at Fennville High’s auditorium for the seven active hopefuls seeking the GOP nomination in a special November 3rd state House primary election. Cindy Gamrat, whose expulsion from the Lower Chamber last month created the vacancy, looks to regain her seat and is challenged by Eric DeWitt, Bill Sage, James Siver, Jim Storey, Kevin Travis and Mary Whiteford. Questions on various issues will be submitted by the county GOP. Coverage on 1450 WHTC, along with live video streaming on whtc.com, is at 7 PM.
