GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) – A 56-year-old Nevada man convicted in April of federal charges involving the theft of motor homes in several states, including Michigan, was handed a 30-year prison sentence by US District Judge Robert Bell in Grand Rapids. Ronald Meyers has had a lengthy criminal record spanning nearly 40 years, and together with Walter Nunley, they took a Country Coach from Holland Motor Homes in March of 2012, and together, they stole six vehicles nationwide valued around 1.5 million dollars. Nunley pleaded guilty in a deal with prosecutors last year and was sentenced to more than 15 years in prison.
