TRAVERSE CITY, MI (WHTC) – USA today recently asked it’s readers to name the best of the best when it comes to the Fall season.
In the category “nation’s best scenic autumn drive” Michigan came in first place. Readers voted M-22 along the shores of Lake Michigan as the number one scrnic drive. USA Today described the 116-mile highway as “absolutely breathtaking come autumn” in the article.
The newspaper also asked readers to name the best apple orchard, state fair and beerfest among other things. Here is a list of the top ten most scenic autumn drives.
