HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Friday October 9, will kick off the first ever Fall Fest at the Holland Farmers Market and in downtown Holland.
On Friday, professional pumpkin carvers will carve jack-o-lanterns right on 8th street. In the evening everyone is is invited to take a stroll after the sun sets and see the pumpkins glowing to perfection. Saturday the carvers return to sculpt masterpieces at the Farmers Market and downtown Holland.
There will be all kinds of fall activities including pumpkin painting, pumpkin toss contest, hayrides, scarecrow window displays and more.
The evening will end with a comfort food cook-off featuring local restaurants complete with live music and a beer tent.
