HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The 7th Annual Civil War Muster at Van Raalte Farm is this Saturday and Sunday.
Step back in time as hundreds of reenactors bring the battles of Five Forks and Appomattox Court House to life. You’ll be able to wander through period camps and watch as the infantry, artillery, cavalry and special impressionists relive the events of this historic event.
There is something for everyone with the “Crafter’s Alley”, featuring handmade products, such as: wood products, hand-made jewlry, pottery, spinning/weaving, quilting, metalworking, candle-making, basketry, print-making and painting.
Historic accurate displays of products authentic to the Civil War will be featured in Sutler’s row. Guests will have an opportunity to take home a piece of the past or a souvenir of their visit.

The event is free and run Saturday from 9-9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 9-3:30 a.m.
