HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Some 400 Hope College students are slated to participate in Saturday’s annual “Time to Serve” volunteer program. Teams of five to 15 students will be at 40 sites throughout the Holland/Zeeland area, donating their time and abilities to help those in need. College officials say that this event, now in its 14th year, aims to inspire interest in service while acquainting the members of the Class of 2019 with the community and with other students. A similar event is held in January.
