HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – No action will be taken during this evening’s monthly Holland Planning Commission meeting, but in work-study discussion beforehand, developer Bosgraaf Homes will present a conceptual site plan, sample floor plans and conceptual building elevation plans for a proposed River Flats residential development on open land off of River Avenue and West 16th Street. Bosgraaf wants to build 41 market rate apartments in a four-floor building at a total project cost of 4.5 million dollars.
