WEST OLIVE, MI (WHTC) – Ottawa County Treasurer Brad Slagh has been selected President of the Michigan Association of County Treasurers for the 2015-16 year. Now in its 81st year, the MACT promotes education of its members, assists with enacting legislation that promotes and protects taxpayers, and encourages consistency of operations within county treasurers’ statewide. The one-time Zeeland Township supervisor has been overseeing county finances for the past eight years.
