PORT SHELTON TWP., MI (WHTC) – A 57-year-old Port Sheldon man suffered a head cut and possible internal injuries after a vehicle struck his bike near his home on Friday afternoon. Randal Slagh was attempting to cross Butternut Drive at Van Buren Street when he was hit by the vehicle of 25-year-old Rachael Walters of Holland. He was taken to North Ottawa Community Hospital for treatment, while Walters was not hurt. The crash remains under investigation.
