HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The Hope College campus was buzzing with excitement today as new students moved their belongings to dorms. This begun a series of New Student Orientation activities through Monday. The remaining returning students that will be living on campus will be allowed into the dorms on Sunday, the same day that the Opening Convocation is held in DeVos Fieldhouse, with poli-sci associate professor Virginia Beard the featured speaker. Classes in Hope’s 154 Academic Year begin on Tuesday, kicking off a year-long celebration of the school’s 150th anniversary.
