SAUGATUCK, MI (WHTC) – One of the stumbling blocks towards developing part of the former Presbyterian Camp property in Saugatuck may be cleared during tonight’s City Council meeting. On the agenda is a proposed Consent Judgment that would resolve a lawsuit filed by a group of homeowners south of the property challenging permits issued for 21 million-dollar homes that would be built by Dune Ridge SA, who purchased the 130-acre site from the Presbytery of Chicago for 10 million dollars in February of 2014.
