ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – During tonight’s Zeeland City Council meeting, members will be asked to authorize the Library Advisory Committee to pursue fundraising for the Howard Miller Library & Community Center renovation project, with a minimum goal of 50 thousand dollars in order that contractor bids could be sent out. Council had initially allocated 540 thousand dollars for the project, but the current estimate is now at over 820 grand. Part of this gap has already been closed through various means.
