ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – The Zeeland City Council tours the City on a Hill Ministries facility prior to tonight’s scheduled meeting, when members will consider amending the Zeeland BPW Rules and Regulations for Electric Service to establish a Net Metering program. Utility officials say that this would enable customers with separate sustainable energy sources to put surplus electricity back into the BPW. Council will also vote on new Freedom of Information Act guidelines and on whether to appoint a FOIA Coordinator.
