HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Two Holland Township men were arraigned on various charges stemming from a burglary in Port Sheldon Township on Sunday evening. Currently in the Ottawa County Jail are 21-year-old Patrick Reynolds and 18-year-old Jakob Sandstedt, held on 50 thousand and 10 thousand dollars respectively. Two firearms, a SKS rifle and a muzzle-loading long gun, that were taken from the vacant residence on Sand Drive, near Van Buren Street and Butternut Drive, were found hidden in a field in Port Sheldon Township. The homeowner’s security cameras captured images of the suspects, which led to the pair’s separate arrests last night. More apparently stolen firearms were recovered at one of the men’s dwellings.
