SAUGATUCK, MI (WHTC) – Michigan’s Edge Mountain Biking Association, who supports four separate bike trails in Ottawa and Muskegon counties, may be looking southward. Mark Keppel of that group is slated to speak before the Saugatuck City Council tonight, possibly to discuss the possibility of creating mountain bike trails in and around that community. Awareness of bike trails along the Lakeshore has increased in recent weeks, highlighted by the successful crowdfunding effort to widen Lakeshore Drive north of Holland.
