HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Winners have been announced in Holland’s Blizzards to Blooms Second Chance to Bloom 2015 Garden Contest. David Van Heest captured the Residential Grand Prize for his West 11th Street home, while Zion Dominion Church and Bethany CRC shared top honors in the business category. Contest sponsors joined with Parks Supervisor Steve Zwiep in making the final determinations among 21 entrants. Winners will receive awards from American in Bloom judges who will be sizing up Holland next week in the annual national municipal beautification awareness contest.
