GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) – Natives of Ottawa County can now apply online for a replacement birth certificate. County Clerk/Register of Deeds Justin Roebuck says that improvements in technology aimed at preventing identity fraud and identity theft have made it now possible to go here to apply. New certificates must still be mailed due to impressed seal and legal document paper requirements. It’s the latest in a number of services now available online in Ottawa County.
