LANSING, MI (WHTC) – The Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency has introduced a new program designed to give veterans easier access to emergency assistance, federal benefit claims, and other state services. The Regional Coordinator Program will assist more than 660 thousand veterans statewide by increasing communication between officers, groups, organizations, and agencies. Retired Army Colonel Tim Loney will serve as Coordinator for the West Michigan region that includes Allegan & Ottawa counties.
