LANSING, MI (WHTC) – Two persons from Ottawa County were appointed to state panels by Governor Snyder. Grand Haven’s Patricia Harney, Director of Healthcare Strategy for the Granger Group, was tabbed for a four-year term on the 23-member Board of Nursing that helps oversee these types of medical assistants across Michigan. Nunica’s Timothy Grunwald, President and CEO of Michigan Hospice and Palliative Care Association, has a two-year term with the Advisory Committee on Pain and Symptom Management. The Senate must sign off on Harney’s appointment, but doesn’t have to on Grunwald’s appointment.
