HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – There are more construction headaches for downtown Holland motorists to contend with. Work on reconstructing Holland BPW infrastructure began today with Columbia Avenue closed between 9th and 7th streets, and 8th Street between Columbia and Lincoln avenues. This work is slated to run through the end of August. This is on top of the ongoing Central Avenue renovation that goes from 9th to 16th streets through mid-August. City officials are planning more work on 8th and Central through October.
