Additional Road Work in Downtown Holland Underway

HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – There are more construction headaches for downtown Holland motorists to contend with. Work on reconstructing Holland BPW infrastructure began today with Columbia Avenue closed between 9^th and 7^th streets, and 8^th Street between Columbia and Lincoln avenues. This work is slated to run through the end of August. This is on top of the ongoing Central Avenue renovation that goes from 9^th to 16^th streets through mid-August. City officials are planning more work on 8^th and Central through October.
