LANSING, MI (WHTC) – Motorists traveling Michigan roads should find a majority of construction projects suspended for the holiday weekend, beginning at 3 PM this afternoon and running through dawn on Monday. There are 35 work zones that will still have traffic restrictions in place, including work on M-11 at the I-196 junction in Grandville and at Remembrance Road in Walker, both near the Ottawa County line. Triple-A is calling for about 1.3 million travelers statewide over the extended holiday weekend
