HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Holland Public Safety is looking for a Caucasian or Hispanic male in his mid-20’s, between 5-7 and 5-10, with a thin build, who allegedly held up the Family Fare Quick Stop off of South Washington Avenue near Matt Urban Drive on Holland’s South Side around 10 PM on Saturday night. The suspect demanded and received an undisclosed amount of cash from the register, implying to the clerk on duty that he was armed, although no weapon was seen. A black cloth or bandana concealed his face. The clerk was shaken but unhurt. A canine unit lost the scent of the suspect a short distance away. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Holland Public Safety (policetips@cityofholland.com) or Silent Observer.
