ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – The 6th annual Zeeland Zoom 5k is tonight at 7 p.m. in downtown Zeeland.
A fast 3.1 mile adventure will take over 1,000 runners through historic downtown Zeeland in a professionally times race. Participants will be provided a time chip to wear on the course which will be tracked by ChronoTrack mat to mat start and the Finish line.
Marketing Director for the City of Zeeland, Abby Deroo says you can still register on-site tonight for the race.
The public is invited to watch the race which starts on Main Street at the cross walk in downtown Zeeland. Runners will head East on Main to Fairview; Fairview South to Lincoln; Lincoln West to Elm; Elm North to Central; Central East to Park; Park North to Main; Main West to Finish.
An award ceremony will follow with the top male and female receiving a $100 cash prize.
