HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The Holland Rescue Mission helped break a Guinness world record for recycling.
ATR which is an electronic recycling company based in Illinois, partnered with local companies including The Holland Rescue Mission in April to divert 1 million pounds of electronics away from landfills.
ATR set the record for most consumer electronics in one week from multiple locations and awarded the Holland Rescue Mission with a small medal, a framed certificate and an official Guinness World Records certificate of participation.
