HOLLAND TWP., MI (WHTC) – Nearly a year after closing its residential program due to payment cuts stemming from the federal Affordable Care Act, Hospice of Holland has apparently found a buyer for its 104th Avenue Hospice House of Holland property. The Holland Township Board this evening will consider whether to approve the sale to Vista Springs, a Grand Rapids-based chain of assisted living centers. No purchase price has been publicly disclosed. The township must sign off on the deal due to PUD stipulations.
