HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The Principal of North Holland and Sheldon Woods Elementary Schools has resigned and is being replaced by the current Glerum Elementary School Principal.
The Holland Sentinel reports that North Holland and Sheldon Woods Principal Karen Abraham will be taking a position at Mona Shores Public schools, while Glerum Principal Greg Rutten will be taking over the reins for both schools after the end of the current academic year.
Starting this summer, Glerum Elementary School will be partially torn down and rebuilt as a new transportation department for West Ottawa Schools. Officials from the district say that the children and teachers of Glerum will be re-assigned to Pine Creek, Great Lakes, or Woodside elementary schools
