HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – During this evening’s biweekly Holland City Council work-study session in the second-floor Training Center of City Hall, leaders discussed possible pension obligation bonds, an ordinance that allows “mother-in-law” units to be built on residential properties, proposed changes in keeping and housing of animals within the city limits, and the expansion of the city’s snowmelt system along Central Avenue as part of ongoing road renovations. Votes on these matters could come next Wednesday.
