HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – A 23-year-old-man led Holland police on a brief chase through Holland’s southside last night.
The Holland Sentinal is reporting that at 7:25 p.m. last night, an officer tried to stop a Pontiac Grand Prix near east 32nd Street and Lincoln Ave. for a speeding violation when the vehicle refused to stop.
After a brief chase the vehicle stopped on it’s own near the intersection of east 26th Street and Columbia Ave.
The driver was arrested on a felony charge of fleeing and eluding a police officer. Drugs or weapons do not appear to be a factor.
The incident remains under investigation.
