WEST OLIVE, MI (WHTC) – Annual reports from the MSU Extension Service, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Human Resources and the Parks and Recreation Department came before the Ottawa County Board today. MSU officials say that the school had a total economic impact of 336.3 million dollars in the county during 2014, while Human Services plans to roll out a new learning management system this year, and the Parks Department wants to develop a five-year-long master plan by 2016.
