HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The first of three parades during the Tulip Time Festival took place this afternoon. Governor Snyder attended his fifth straight Festival Luncheon, speaking before a sold-out DeVos Fieldhouse, but a January Achilles injury kept him from donning traditional Dutch costume and walking in the Volksparade. Featured activities that climax this fifth day of the eight-day festival include Fiddle Fire at Beechwood Church and the Second City touring comedy troupe in the Knickerbocker Theatre.
