MUSKEGON, MI (WHTC) – A 42-year-old Ottawa County Sheriff’s Deputy is facing misdemeanor drunken driving charges in the city of Muskegon. Police there say that Dennis Smith was pulled over early last Friday in the vicinity of West Muskegon Avenue and North Street, with a blood alcohol count over the “super” limit of .17.
