FENNVILLE, MI (WHTC) – Fennville’s first woman mayor has died. Mary Ann Moeller passed away yesterday at the age of 86. She served on the city commission for 36 years, beginning in 1963, and was selected mayor by her colleagues in 1969. Mrs. Moeller stepped down in 1999 due to moving out of the city limits, but remained a long-time community figure. Funeral arrangements were not immediately completed through the Chappell Funeral Home.
