GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) – Andrew Ingall begins his new duties as Grand Haven’s Superintendent of Schools on July 1 after the board unanimously agreed to tender a contract offer to him. He comes west from Chelsea, an Ann Arbor-area district where he had been for 15 years, the last three as its chief. Ingall beat out Craig Carmoney of Meridian and current GH Assistant Superintendent Scott Grimes in the final round to replace Keith Konarska, who retires at the end of this current academic year.
