FRANKLIN, TN (WHTC) – A Livability.com 2015 survey of the Top 10 Best Cities for Families placed Holland third-best, behind the Kansas City suburb of Overland Park and the Dallas suburb of Plano. Officials of the website that spotlights small- to mid-sized communities looked for places “with high populations of children but low populations of kids in poverty,” and considered data involving spending, support and schooling. Holland scored well due to a combination of factors, including commitment to children.
