HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Despite a midday 4.2-scale earthquake that shook people up more than anyting else, events at the 2015 Tulip Time Festival and LAUP Fiesta were held without incident on Saturday. Near ideal weather conditions greeted locals and tourists for Tulip Time, Holland’s annual signature event, and for Fiesta, the celebration of the Lakeshore’s Hispanic heritage.
